This Privacy Notice explains what Valencia County Inmate Population may collect when someone uses the site, how that information is used, and when it may be shared. By using the site, you accept these data practices. Public-record requests made to Valencia County, New Mexico Courts, NMCD, BOP, ICE, or other agencies are governed by those agencies' own rules, including New Mexico IPRA under NMSA 1978, Section 14-2-1, the public-record definitions in Section 14-2-6, and the request procedure in Section 14-2-8.

When you type a name, location, or other search term into a search box powered by a third-party provider, that query is sent to the provider that runs the tool. Valencia County Inmate Population does not keep its own separate log of those search terms.
