Court filings may appear after the jail record. State prison, federal, and immigration systems follow their own update cycles. New Mexico IPRA, including NMSA 1978, Section 14-2-1, Section 14-2-6, and Section 14-2-8, controls many public-record requests, but it does not make every custody detail public. We do not guarantee that any detail is complete, current, or correct.
Before visiting a facility, sending money, relying on a bond amount, mailing anything, or making a records request, confirm the detail with the office that created or maintains the record.
